Description
ISO 50001 is the international requirements standard for energy management systems. It provides a systematic framework for organisations to establish, implement, maintain and continually improve an EnMS and improve energy performance, including energy efficiency, energy use and energy consumption.
The Lead Auditor course goes beyond clause awareness. It develops the ability to translate energy reviews, significant energy uses, energy performance indicators, energy baselines, relevant variables, static factors, legal and other requirements, operational controls and energy data into audit criteria; evaluate objective evidence; communicate findings; and lead an audit team through the complete audit cycle.
Who Is This Course For?
This course is suitable for professionals who audit, manage, implement or improve energy management systems, including:
- Energy managers, energy engineers, energy auditors and EnMS coordinators
- Facilities, utilities, maintenance, production, operations and engineering managers
